If your Vivo Nex Dual gets stuck on the boot logo after flashing the stock firmware, don’t panic. This issue typically indicates a problem with partition loading or an incompatible firmware version. In this guide, we’ll show you how to fix bootloop issues and successfully revive your phone.

Why Vivo Nex Dual Hangs on Logo After Flash?

  • Incorrect or incomplete flashing procedure
  • Using wrong build or regional firmware
  • Corrupt userdata or system.img partition
  • Missing rawprogram.xml or patch.xml during flash

What You Need to Fix the Bootloop

Step-by-Step Flashing Guide

  1. Install Qualcomm USB drivers on your PC.
  2. Extract the firmware ZIP file using WinRAR or 7-Zip.
  3. Launch QFIL tool and choose Flat Build option.
  4. Click “Browse” and load the prog_emmc_firehose_*.mbn file from the firmware folder.
  5. Click “Load XML” and select both rawprogram.xml and patch.xml.
  6. Power off your phone and connect it to PC in EDL mode (use test point method if needed).
  7. Click the Download button in QFIL to begin the flash.

Important Tip:

Always match the firmware build with your device’s region (e.g., EX/CN). Mismatched firmware can cause bootloop or baseband errors.

Additional Fix: Format All + Download

If the standard method doesn’t work and your device is still stuck on the logo, you can try the “Format All + Download” option in QFIL. However, this will erase all calibration data including IMEI and network settings. Backup QCN if possible.
