🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide to Jailbreak iPhone 5s & 6 Using Checkra1n

1. Download the Checkra1n.img file and create a bootable USB drive (similar to Windows USB bootable creation).
2. Power off your computer, enter the boot menu, and boot from the USB. The Checkra1n interface will appear.
3. Connect your iPhone to the computer when prompted by Checkra1n.
4. Click Next and press Enter. Your iPhone will enter Recovery Mode automatically.
5. Checkra1n will instruct you to enter DFU mode. Select Start and press Enter.
6. Hold the iPhone’s power and home (menu) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. After the screen turns off, release the power button but keep holding the home button. The phone will enter DFU mode and jailbreak will begin.
7. Wait for the “Setting Up” message (heap spray exploit). Do NOT disconnect your phone and wait about 60 seconds.
8. The process will pause at “Right Before Trigger”—wait another 10 seconds.
9. Disconnect your iPhone, then reconnect immediately. Your device should now be jailbroken!
